All quotes and estimates are based on the details available at the time of inspection or inquiry.
Final pricing may change if:

  • Hidden hazards (wires, rot, buried objects, etc.) are discovered.

3. Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the work area.
Please move vehicles, pets, and personal items away from the job zone before our crew arrives.
If weather or unsafe site conditions prevent safe operation, services may be rescheduled.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless a different arrangement is agreed to in writing.
We accept cash, checks, or other approved payment methods.
Late payments may result in added fees or collections.

5. Property Damage and Liability

We do our best to protect your property during service. However:

  • We are not responsible for minor lawn or root area damage caused by standard equipment use.
  • We are not liable for damages to underground utilities or unmarked structures unless disclosed in advance.

Shelton Tree Service carries general liability insurance, but customers must provide accurate site details before work begins.

6. Tree Health and Risk

Tree trimming and removal carry inherent risks. While our crew follows industry safety standards, we cannot guarantee the long-term health or stability of any tree after work is completed.
We reserve the right to refuse work that poses unsafe conditions for our team or nearby property.

7. Cleanup and Debris Removal

Standard cleanup includes removal of brush, limbs, and debris created by our crew.
Wood, logs, or chips left behind are the property owner’s responsibility unless a different cleanup plan is agreed to in writing.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to upload false information or misuse our forms.
We may update, edit, or remove website content at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Shelton Tree Service is not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages,
